What is medi connect?

medi connect is a web-based system for physicians and therapists who are interested in selling medi products directly to patients, without the headache of managing inventory.


CUSTOM DESIGN
  • We design a fully functional eCommerce website full of medi products
  • Each website is built on Shopify, a highly secure, world-leading eCommerce platform
  • Each website is custom designed with the clinic's logo, and color scheme
  • Social channels and methods of communication are connected (Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
  • Products are set up at full retail pricing and connected to our product management system
     
FLEXIBLE
  • Each patient will pay with a credit card directly on the clinic's custom medi website
  • The website is mobile friendly and accessible on any web browser with internet access
  • Orders will be sent directly to medi's warehouse to be shipped directly to the patient
  • Ground shipping is free!
    
AUTOMATIC COMMUNICATION
  • An order confirmation and tracking number will be automatically to each patient
  • Orders will be updated with tracking information and fulfillment status
  • Patient's will receive a delivery notification via email or text message
  • A cell phone can be added on the confirmation page to receive SMS order updates
     
GET PAID FIRST
  • Shopify will deposit sales directly into the clinic's bank account every few days
  • medi will invoice the clinic the "wholesale" (list price) at NET 30 days
  • Improved cash flow increases working capital
     
IMPORTANT:
After each website is built and launched, we will transfer ownership of the website to the clinic. Transferring ownership means Shopify will begin charging a monthly hosting fee to keep the website active. 
   
Within 15 days of launching any given website, the clinic will be responsible for adding a billing credit card to pay for the Shopify's monthly hosting fees.
