  • Ongoing support for any technical issues on the website
  • A quick response time to any questions or concerns
  • Online tools and resources


What we expect from you:

  • Measure patients and provide support for any questions they have
  • Be the point of contact for patient returns and/or exchanges
  • Manage patient orders on the website
  • We will need speak with certain decision makers: 
    • Setting up credit card processing at checkout
    • Setting up taxes based on your requirements
    • Inviting staff to set up his/her administrative login 
    • The email patient's will reply to if they have questions
    • Paying for Shopify's monthly plan 
  • Time to train your staff and administrators (separately or together):
    • Admin training is conducting via online webinar (1-2 hours)
    • Staff training is typically done in person with your medi representative
