What to Expect During Your Telemedicine Screening
Your screening begins with a thorough health history. Your CVR provider will determine your risk for vein disease or other vascular issues by asking about your lifestyle, medical history, and current symptoms.
Because your CVR provider may ask to see your legs (if communicating by video), we recommend that you wear loose-fitting clothing or shorts to this appointment.
What to Expect After Your Telemedicine Screening
Your CVR provider may prescribe compression stockings* or recommend that you make an office appointment to undergo a venous ultrasound. This scan will map your vein anatomy to uncover faulty vein valves and determine if minimally invasive treatment is needed to restore healthy vein function.
